How to Use:
- To Retouch/Conceal under eyes & hide Hyperpigmentation: place a dot from the flat side of the diamond doe-foot applicator directly on area of discoloration and blend into skin with fingers, concealer brush (or All-Over Shadow Brush from Teddy Bear set) or Beauty Blender-type sponge in a pressing (stippling) motion until flawless.
